Heather Lamb, Assoc.CIPD, founder and owner of HLM Learning Solutions, is your business partner for all aspects of Learning & Development.
With over 25 years’ experience in L&D, Heather is passionate about providing engaging, stimulating and relevant learning. Working across the learning cycle, using blended learning techniques, she ensures quality and genuine return on business expectations.
She has successfully worked at all levels, from new staff induction to managers and directors, and with many different business sectors, including: housebuilding, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, further education, and the legal profession.
Her work has taken her the length and breadth of the UK and to 12 European countries.
An excellent presenter, her classroom work is inspiring, innovative, and inclusive. A first class facilitator and coach, she challenges perceptions and enables her learners to grow and flourish.
